A full migration takes between 4 and 12 weeks depending on company size and complexity. For the Starter package, expect 2–4 weeks; for Professional, 6–10 weeks. We always work in phases to avoid disrupting your day-to-day operations.
You choose: your data can be stored on your own on-premise servers, or with German cloud providers such as Hetzner (data centres in Nuremberg, Falkenstein, Helsinki). All solutions are GDPR-compliant and subject to German law.
Yes, fully. ONLYOFFICE reads and writes all Microsoft Office formats (docx, xlsx, pptx) with a near-identical interface. Nextcloud can sync with SharePoint and OneDrive. Matrix/Element offers bridges to Microsoft Teams. Collaboration with external Microsoft users remains seamless.

No. ONLYOFFICE is intentionally designed to be close to Microsoft Office — the interface is familiar and the switch is minimal. Nextcloud resembles OneDrive, and Element is comparable to Teams. Our training package (8–24 hours) gets all staff up to speed safely. In our experience, users are fully productive within 2 weeks.
Yes, all packages include post-migration support (3 or 12 months). We also offer retainer contracts for ongoing support, updates, security patches and further customisation. Many of our clients value the long-term partnership.
